So we ordered the Amazing food. Very professional service. Very disappointing desert. Still one of the diners to remember! Will recommend to anyone.
That's because the menu pricing is beyond farcical. I'm not averse to spending money on dining. Fantastic location, high class food and service, relax and enjoy the magnificent views of the city and enjoy a special experience.

Reviews Write a review. Filter reviews. Traveller rating. Excellent So by the end I left a number of them and was already over full by the time I The various courses I had afterwards were disappointing.
They all looked beautiful but honestly they had too many flavors that blended together when you tried to eat them giving me a feeling of everything being a slightly fruity paste.
Normally this kind of food has contrasts in the flavor. So you have high notes and low notes in the taste. Something dominant and things that contrast it or reflect it.
In each meal it seemed to be things similar in taste always with a liquid that also did not add texture.
Most things seamed to be soft. After the first 5 courses I felt like I had eaten 5 jars of baby food and was desperate for something to chew.
The 6th course was Blood Pigeon that has a very strong iron taste but also came with a heavy iron juis and vegetables. I felt like I was chewing on rust.
I have had many Michelin star or high end taster menu experiences. I would expect to come home with at least two or three courses being super exciting and maybe one I found challenging because it is something I would not normally eat.
Especially at this price you expect to be wowed, as it is more expensive than most at this level. Of the the 7 courses there is not one I would say excited my taste buds and would rave about.
Most I eat because I was paying so much for them. The cost is high even for a Michelin star restaurant. Or non-Michelin Star: Prism or Paris Moskow 2 mins walk from Berlin main station if you come from Leipzig All of which i have eaten several times in and loved.
And the cost is slightly cheaper probably including the train journey. On a positive note I did like the wine waiter who made very good recommendations.
Outstanding flavours and taste. I recommend the menu suggested. Although expensive, it deserves another visit.
We were intrigued by the name after a pair of Falcons nesting way up high on the 27th floor! At the helm is avant-garde chef Peter Maria Schnurr, who has created an experimental menu featuring dishes such as guinea fowl with rhubarb and carrot and lychee ice cream.
He focuses on cuisine passion legere. The restaurant has an elegant interior, modern, very airy and spotless. The wine list is very interesting and we found the food to be beautifully presented and excellent.
It is only open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday from 7pm but is lovely for a special treat. Otherwise 5 stars.
This was top end fine dinning at it's best. The range of pre-starters was very good. The service was top notch.
All the dishes were well presented with good flavours. The only let down was a lack of deserts. The only 2- Michelin stars restaurant in the Eastern part of Germany.
Great location with fantastic panorama overlooking downtown Leipzig. The food was great, maybe even excellent - but the prices took me to my personal limit how much to spend for food.
For a small handful The check for 5 adults couldn. We had to go for the evenings menu. I was very surprised that having booked more than a month in advance and The waiters and waitresses were fantastic.
First of all: We had a very enjoyable evening at the Falcos. As many reviewers wrote- great view and fascinating interior.
First surprise: No menu with a variety of dishes but a fixed menu without a choice offered by the waiter.
So we ordered the The main course however was quite the opposite: Turbot in an essence of pork - we tried but couldn't eat enjoy it. When asked by the waiter if we didn't the course we responded rather kindly like: interesting but not our favourite style he reacted with a raised eyebrow which we found kind of unprofessional.
Wine selection was excellent. I am not very price-sensitive but in my view the dinner was clearly overpriced. I can recommend a visit but wouldn't go a second time myself.
